Why there is no AI generator on this site

An AI generator you cannot rely on is worse than none. Image models are genuinely useful for working out what you want, and genuinely unable to produce something an artist can tattoo directly — each of the three dedicated tools we opened in August 2026 sells a stencil converter, and a converter traces an outline rather than making the drawing decisions a stencil needs.

Rather than add another prompt box, Inkantic publishes the tools that give an exact answer — type, spacing, rotation — and an honest account of what the generative tools do. We compared the category by what each tool is actually for in best AI tattoo generators, with free tiers and payment models read off each vendor page in August 2026, and wrote up the prompt structure that gets usable results in ChatGPT tattoo prompts. What we check before publishing a number

The same habit runs through the writing. Every tattoo pain chart we could find rates body areas from one to ten without citing a measurement, so rather than add a twenty-first, we put four of them side by side and computed how far apart they actually are — the answer, and the one peer-reviewed study that tested pain by body area, are in what pain charts measure. The official aftercare sheets are read side by side in tattoo aftercare. Where the numbers on this site come from our own tools, they are calculated by the same code that runs the tool.

What Inkantic is

Inkantic is a tattoo design app in development, and this site is the part of it that does not need an app. The tools here will stay free and stay in the browser whatever happens to the app, because they cost nothing to run — there is no server doing the work, only your device.
